jon.hayes got their new app design by running a design contest:
Crowdsource Job Recruitment App
Check out jon.hayes's App design contest…
Business & Consulting
The app will allow the user to view all the Adecco Professional staffing, permanent jobs, by filtering. Then the user will then find jobs that their network might be able to do. Upon seeing a job that a connection or someone that they know is suited for, they can refer them. If the referred candidate accepts, gets put forward and gets the job the user gets paid a referral fee. Referrers can get rated and earn points to show they are referring the right candidates.
It needs to be filtered. It should show brand logo, key job details, geography (map) and skills. The candidates being referred should have visible profile. Needs to be classy, high end, exec search rather than high street recruitment. Colours: black, white with teal detailing.
Search/Filter Job Screen Logo and key job characteristics. Filters on location, salary, skill sector (finance, HR, legal etc) and key word. At the top the filters, then below some dummy jobs in tile form Dashboard Screen The view that a referrer will see for the activity they have had and dashboarding their referrals, what jobs have been referred to, status (rejected, invited for interview, offered, placed, £fee due) etc. List form for jobs that you have referred for (with a toggle to go to candidates referred), with their status- then is it possible to show a summary dash at the top. (like ebay app under selling). User Referred Screen Then I have been referred screen 'congratulations you have been referred by xxxxx as a suitable candidate for this job', so showing the job + company, showing you have been referred and buttons giving you option to ask questions, accept and be submitted, report as spam and reject.
