The Trusted Process is a "Project Management" framework used by Project Teams to conduct clinical trials on behalf of our customers. In essence, it represents "how we run projects". Customers seek "Predictability" – which we define as "Actionable data, on-time, on-budget, and meeting established quality & compliance mandates." Helping you to reach new heights! This contest is to design the front and back cover of an A5 notebook. This contest is for our department, Global Operations Management (GOM) not for the company. • Please see department details above. • We are a service department within a service organisation and we pride ourselves on the culture that we have developed over the years. We are looking to bring our departmental culture and values to life even further, which everyone within our group defined. This contest is to design the front and back cover of an A5 notebook. • However, we will also be looking to partner with a designer to have the front & back inside covers designed via a 1:1 collaboration. • Please see the file TP_A5_Notebook, this is a notebook we have for the Trusted Process which can be used to stimulate ideas and to see a current design that is in use (for a different reason) for a notebook we offer to clients. • This notebook will be used internally within our department. This file also shows the Trusted Process Logo and some artwork for ideas. • We would like the Trusted Process Logo (4-leaf clover style design) incorporated into the artwork, as this is an extremely important element to the group. • The links above will also give a flavour of our company, brand and style although you do not have to limit yourself within these boundaries except where stated below. Our Mission/Credo is attached (Mission Credo.doc). • We have bolded specific words that we think encapsulate our values. • We are looking for something bold, striking & inspirational to bring these to life. • We are looking for a mix of graphics, words in different fonts (highlights, depth which you can see in the Font Examples.doc file) that our department will see on a regular basis when using the notebooks to help remind and reinforce the values within the department. • Be as creative as you like with imagery, graphics & words whilst sticking to the colour palette below. • We are not looking for a word cloud. The company’s Website will give you an idea of the style and images used in other areas. The only real boundaries to work within are our colour palette and logo that is attached in our brand guidelines. Use the different colours to compliment the images, graphics & words and feel free to explore different font types, sizes etc as detailed in the Font Examples.doc file along with the fonts in the brand guidelines.
