Top notch designer. We've worked together on many projects and Elsa always comes through with high quality, on time designs. She understands our ideas and makes them better!

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I work with people to use the future in their organisational strategy today. This involves taking a long term view, beyond the conventional, challenging status-quo thinking, and opening minds to the possible futures rather than 'what is' today.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
I need a design for a one page handout/flyer on what I do, and the graphics for a free standing pull-up banner (see for example, http://www.easysigns.com.au/products/details/x-banner-stand). These will be used as part of a conference sponsorship for university managers (temc.org.au).
I have a logo (see uploaded files) and that needs to be clear on the designs, but I'm more interested in a graphic that is future oriented (not sci-fi or overly techy type stuff though). My work is about changing the way people think about the future rather than trying to predict certain futures (in fact, I hate the word prediction). The future is full of uncertainty, and that needs to be reflected in the design.
Given that the audience at the conference are university managers, some element of education/universities that is familiar would be nice, but I'm not terribly fussed if this doesn't fit. The future focus is more important than the university.
I don't want conventional, I want something that communicates the future as the focus of what I do. I like strong colours, not subtle. I've uploaded my logo files which give you an indication of colours suggested by that designer, but I'm not wedded to them as the core of the design.
