Design two powerpoint "Dashboard" slides for metrics/KPIs

We are an automotive lifestyle company. My team builds a software-as-a-service events platform.

Powerpoint "Dashboard" Design My team reports out a series of metrics to keep our team, and our broader organization, in the loop on our activities. I need two powerpoint "dashboard" slides designed to beautifully and clearly articulate the status of our metrics/KPIs. The final deliverable is a powerpoint file with editable versions of what you might see on a SaaS metrics dashboard such as in these examples: https://dribbble.com/tags/saas_dashboard The metrics are broken into the following 5 categories: * Shareholders * Customers * Employees * Production * Sell For each category, I will document the metrics that we need to show and the associated datapoints we want to display. We would like your design to visually communicate when the numbers are ahead or behind their goals in order to help communicate not just the numeric values but also the status. The secondary stats are just that - secondary. We are asking to show some detail on one screen, so it is ok if the secondary stats are visually small. For each slide, please leave a small amount of room at the top for our company logo and an editable text block to indicate the date of this report (e.g. "October 2020"). As each number is updated, we will move the numbers (e.g. 1 month ago will go into the 2 months ago slot, etc). The purpose here is to show the trend, not just the current value. * Attendee CES * Primary stat is a number with two decimal points ranging from 0 to 7, e.g., 4.44. * This stat is on track if it is greater than or equal the goal. * Secondary stat we will update annually: * Annual goal expressed as a number, e.g. 4.45. * Two previous values, from 1 and 2 months ago. As each number is updated, we will move the numbers (e.g. 1 month ago will go into the 2 months ago slot, etc). The purpose here is to show the trend, not just the current value. Employees * Gallup Rating * Primary stat is a number with two decimal points that ranges from 0 to 5, e.g. 4.10. We will update this twice a year. * This stat is on track if it is greater than or equal the goal. * Secondary stats are * A current median company value, also with two digits precision, e.g. 4.10. We will also update this twice a ear. * Two previous values, from 6 months ago and 12 months ago. As each number is updated, we will move the numbers (e.g. 6 months ago will go into the 12 months ago slot, etc). The purpose here is to show the trend, not just the current value. Slide #2: Production * Uptime * Primary stat is a % with at least 2 and as many as 3 decimal points, e.g. 99.99% or 99.999% * This stat has no official goal, but should be able to be marked as OK/not ok. * No secondary stat * Production Deploys * Primary stat is a # of deploys in the past 30 days. It will be a 1 or 2-digit number, e.g. 12. * This stat has no official goal and does not have a good/bad status. * No secondary stat. Sell * Marketplace Attribution * Primary stat is a YTD % number with a single decimal point, e.g. 5.3%. * This stat is on track if it is greater than or equal the goal. * Secondary stats are: * Last year's attribution as a % with a single decimal point, e.g. 5.1% * Last year's attribution as a $ total up to 7 figure, e.g. $9,999,999. * This year's attribution goal in % * Churn * Primary stat is a YTD % number with a single decimal point, e.g. 2.3%. * This stat is on track if it is greater than or equal the goal. * Secondary stats which we will update once every January: * Last year's churn in $, up to 7 figures e.g. $9,999,999. * This year's churn goal in $, up to 7 figures e.g. $9,999,999. * This year's ARR growth goal in % * Secondary stats are: * Last year's attribution as a % with a single decimal point, e.g. 5.1% * Last year's attribution as a $ total up to 7 figure, e.g. $9,999,999. For numbers, it is OK to scale them, e.g. $9,999,999 can be represented as $9.99MM.

The final deliverable is a powerpoint file, not AI/EPS. We will update these slides monthly so it is critical that updates are easy. If your design has colors, iconography, progress indicators like a bar chart or circular gauge indicators, then your powerpoint template must include all of the possible states. For example, if you want to use a green gradient background to indicate a good condition and red to indicate trouble, or you want to include iconography, we need those colors/assets baked into the powerpoint file. Simply add additional slides with the example states that we can cut/paste into position on the two core slides as we make our updates. Lastly, if you choose to make a bitmap image background over which the editable fields are overlaid, that's OK with us. We're not expecting you to "design" in Powerpoint, but rather make a compelling visual presentation for the viewer.
