We need a new ad designed that will be featured on the back of a legal newspaper. I've attached two examples of ads we've done in the past, but feel free to change it up and add your own creativity. The ad is announcing that we will be accepting a new type of case.
Here's the text info we need the ad to say:
During the Civil War, contractors engaged in war profiteering by selling the government diseased horses and mules, inoperable firearms, and spoiled food rations. As a result, Congress passed the False Claims Act at the request of President Lincoln to allow whistleblowers to recover rewards for their assistance in successfully prosecuting false claims against the government.
Newsome Melton LLP is now handling False Claims Act cases on behalf of qui tam whistleblowers. If you or your client would like to co-counsel or discuss a potential False Claims Act case, please contact our Firm.
_______________end of text info we need______________
We were thinking about putting a cartoon/drawing/picture of an old, decrepit horse with a tagline that says "War Horse?" or something along those lines. If you have a better idea for a tagline, please feel free to try it out! We do need the ad to have our law firm logo, the website, and our phone number. Please look at our website to get a feel for the kind of style/colors we like.
Let us know if you have any questions. We're excited to see what you all come up with! Many thanks!
