Need templates for Stat Chat and Quick Quotes!

We work with business owners to develop their leaders to be able to take over and run the business profitably and sustainably so the owners can retire.

At our company, we post an interesting statistic or quote every week on linkedin. I want 2 branded template designs that complement each other but are unique from each other. The template needs to be in either word or some format that a non-designer would be able to easily update each week (common software, user friendly) with the new statistic or quote and post it on line. The template for the statistic is titled 'Stat Chat'. The template for the quote is titled 'Quick Quote'. Each one should be a half page size.

I attached a sample of my logo - vertical and horizontal. I also attached my leather L and a sample of the current stat chat. It's fine, but I might like something a little more aesthetically appealing and in a format a nondesigner can edit and save as a pdf. Thank you! Let me know if you have questions.
