The German Oaks Lacrosse Team from Berlin needs a cool new jersey design!

We are an alumni Lacrosse Team from Germany that needs a new lacrosse jersey design incl shorts.

The center piece of our logo and name is the oak tree ( the logo is attached). If you have good ideas how we can include the oaktree or it leaves that would be great. Main colors are brown and green/olive (you are absolutely free in the combination, we don't have certain fixed hex codes). We would a modern but classy design which stands out of the usual standard lacrosse jersey designs, which are only dominated mostly by two colors and large numbers. Since we support young lacrosse clubs in Germany with equipmet and money, it is necessary that we stand out when we play a tournament. We do have some special references which I attach as sample pics. The design should also include a set of numbers from 1-50 on the back of the jersey and shorts for the whole team and eventually also names of players.

Important: since we produce the jersey with sublimation print technique there are no limits, you can do whatever you think it's cool:) When we add new members we have a tradition that they have to drink 3 Hefeweizen beers and a small Pilsner Beer, so I would like to see three Hefeweizen + one Pils glases included either on the sleeve or the side on the shorts, but small. I attached sample pictures. We would also like to include two quotes: one from Top Gun: "You can be my wingman any time". And the scond one is: "Attention....at ease" We do have a second tradition, which is the ice cube game. I'm not sure how to integrate it into the design, but it would be a lot of fun for us to see it included, maybe only as a small logo (a stack of ice cubes?) somewhere. We need the final files as vector files .ai, .eps or .pdf.
