How JoeJoesCoffee started their other graphic design journey
Joe Joe's Coffee Roasters
I own a specialty coffee roasting business in MS, that is looking to make a push nationally via website sales, and a few wholesale accounts. I am a member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America's Roaster's Guild http://www.roastersguild.org Anyhow, I need a package label for our brown craft bag that will stick out. We aren't big enough yet to have custom printed bags. We will use Avery 5164 size labels on all 1 lb bags.
We carry very high end specialty coffees (still correcting links on our website). The new label and website will launch together.
This label needs to stand out amongst other coffees online and on the shelves. In short, packaging gets noticed.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Speciality coffee drinkers that are coffee snobs and those brewing great coffees at home. Generally, ages 31-61 with above average incomes, male. Doctors, lawyers, other professionals. Also the alternative hipster crowd is a consideration, but primarily I am gearing the company towards those interested in great wines, great foods, great coffees. 70% male vs female.
Not sure on this one, other than we must stick out. Our website is joejoescoffee.com Others I like are PT's Coffee, Counter Culture, Higher Grounds, Intelligentsia, Water Avenue Coffee. Back Porch Coffee Roasters.
