What's your vision?

Okay, so what I need essentially is a Linkedin professional cover image that clearly says with these exact words: "I help e-commerce businesses profitably scale their Facebook ads." You can check out my current cover by visiting this link: https://www.linkedin.com/in/marko-savicevic-977670106/ (keep in mind that the text is a little bit different there) Anyway, I kind of like it, but only because the text is clearly visible, and I had a professional take the photo. I made this cover in Canva and thought you guys could do a much better job than me. The only thing that is important to me is that the image is both mobile and desktop friendly and optimized for LinkedIn sizes!! I also need the text to be clearly visible and easily readable. I want to come out as professional, friendly, and trustworthy but not go too far. I will provide a photo of myself that I want to use for this cover in the attachments below. The main image I want to use is IMG_4715.jpg but if you want (and really think it would look good) you can also add IMG_5005.jpg into the mix. If you do end up using IMG_5005.jpg as well, I will have another photoshoot for my profile image so I don't use the same image twice so that's not a problem P.S. I will need this winning image resized for Facebook to use it as a cover image there as well.

Powerful, stylish & urban podcast cover
The podcast generally presents a different founder every week who tackles a specific business problem. My client asked for designing their podcast cover with "less is more" style. The design must convey their podcast intro (the intro is that they put the founder in the blue corner and the problem in the red corner, like in a boxing ring, as the company's name is "Founders Fight Club"). Although the theme is boxing but they don't want any fighting scenes in images or boxing gloves, again "less is more". So I did offer my client a simple, minimalist and appealing design which could best match with the podcast intro and bring the fighting spirit. After a lot of other submissions, my entry is the first coming up to their need and got first highest rating.
