TalentFirst, who is a performance management and employee engagement solution provider, is about launch the newest version of our software solution which supports the agile approach to performance management placing emphasis on coaching, communication, creating better links to learning, focusing on strengths, and collaboration. Our audience target are companies looking for better methods for evaluating their employee performance and helping employees and managers to communicate better and collaborate more in order to impact engagement.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Interactive user interface landing page, with dashboards and communication tools for performance management software solution. Design for one page only, but must be dynamic in format so that it can translates well from web to mobile solutions. It should be clean, lively and simple enough to encourage the end user to come to it and utilize it on a regular basis. The look and feel should be lively and fresh, but still maintain a level of professionalism as it is intended for the tracking of goals and performance achievements.
We are starting with the design of just this one page, but if we really like your design, will potentially have you do more of our pages moving forward. Attached is a screen shot of the landing in it's current format. The elements need to remain the same (i.e., goals, connect, etc.) All of the sections need to exist, but they don't necessarily be in the order that they are in currently. Please feel free to be creative!
