Bright, Engaging Parent Guide for Storybook
Check out ittybittygenius's Postcard, flyer or print contest…
Product: a subscription book service for parents of 1st and 2nd grade students - provide high-quality literature delivered each month right to their doorstep, complete with guides that include specific questions to ask, vocabulary to discuss, and additional activities that bring the literature to life. No more time spent trying to decide what your child needs to know, what books are best for your child’s age group, and books that won’t bore your child or you to death in the process!
What's your vision?
We are going to have a subscription box that goes monthly to parents. In the box will be a book and a guide to go with the book. This contest is to design that guide. We need it to appeal to parents and kids and include our logo. In the guide, there are specific sections and somehow they need to know how to follow the steps in order, this is very important. I attached the document with the sections and text. We need to be able to edit the text each month, but the rest of the document can stay the same. We like bright, contrasting colors, and don't want anything too boring. We need one section "Monkey Finder" to really stand out and include our monkey logo. We are attaching our logo and the details for the logo as well. We would like Little Geniuses to be very prominent somewhere in the handout as well. In the images of "The Storybox", that just shows an idea of our subscription box, but we hate that design, it is too bland. I also attached some other examples, none of them are the best, but just to give a little idea of what we are thinking. We don't want it to look like we could have created it on a posterboard ourselves, we want it to look professional, maybe not symmetrical? Not sure, can't wait to see what you come up with!
For the back - we need it to match the front but have two sections. If you can use the matching font as the title in LITTLE GENIUSES, that would be great and the first section is called TRAVEL TALK and should include the monkey with the car and the second section is called LITTLE GENIUS JOURNEY and should include the monkey with the map somehow.
