Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a real estate brokerage who lists and sells single-family, residential homes. Our target market is middle to upper middle-class homeowners in our local community who want our help listing their homes for sale. The typical age demographic of these home sellers is Gen-X and Baby Boomers.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Looking for a postcard mailer campaign design theme. The full campaign will be approximately 6 to 12 designs which follow the same basic theme and are branded using our company's overall look and feel. The postcards should be 11.25" wide by 5.75" tall, full color on both sides with proper space for USPS mailing standards on the back. We have created our own in the past using series themes such as famous quotes about "home" and client testimonials but we are short on both time and ideas to create our next series. We have always sent out custom created marketing and have stayed away from the generic type of stuff you can find anywhere online. Our client base has come to expect top quality and creativeness from our company. Even though we are a real estate company we typically market ourselves as a neighbor or friend with strong community ties rather than just boring real estate facts. We have been known to do some marketing in a somewhat humorous way so we are not opposed to using clean comedy in our ads.
