LEAP in a NYC nonprofit that brings arts education programs and access to meaningful cultural experiences to schools underserved in the arts. We are using this mailed postcard to inspire schools to consider working with us for the upcoming school year and we would like the design to be eye-catching, artistic, and beautiful.
What's your vision?
This is a postcard that we will use to spark interest in former and existing schools for new arts programs next school year. We would like it to be colorful and creative but also feature some students in our program. We have the attached student photo for use. In the inspiration photos there are drawn embellishments and doodles on top of a black and white or color photo. We are open to both options but would like the illustrations to be whimsical and colorful. Please use our logo colors and other colors that compliment them in value and hue for the illustrations. We would like a hand drawn and child-like effect if possible. Please feature the LEAP logo on the front and the back of the postcard. The back of the postcard will need space to include address and postage information as well as a colorful and clearly legible text listed below. Our company style guide requires us to use Century Gothic for some of the text but we are allowed to include other fonts as well as long as Century Gothic is also used. If the other fonts introduce some whimsy would be appreciated but should also work well with Century Gothic. Postcard dimensions: 5" x 7" landscape THE LOGO COLORS ARE: Pantone: 375 U Hex: #6dc82c CMYK: C60/M0/Y100/K0 Pantone: Bright Red U Hex: #ff5541 CMYK: C0/M82/Y76/K0
PLEASE USE THIS AS THE TEXT AND OUTLINE THE DESIGN: Front of Postcard: **LEAP Logo** **Student photo with illustrations** “Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.” –Albert Einstein Back of Postcard: **LEAP LOGO** (somewhere maybe on the right near mailing info) **Include space for postage and address needs on the right** It’s never too early… Get a head start on planning your arts programming for the 2017-18 school year!
