We do home inspections. Our target audience is real estate agents. They refer their clients to us. Our message needs to be that we're thorough enough to make them look good and for them to know that their clients are in great hands when they refer them to us. We are also professional enough to know how to deliver the message to the client in a way that is informative and educational so they can make a more informed decision on their purchasing process.
Purpose: Creating better careers with fewer resources. We do that by setting the Gold Standard in home inspection.

This is a flyer that sits in a common area of a real estate office for agents to pick up and is also used to put in agent's personal mail folders in their office. I'd prefer this to be 8.5 inches tall and 4.25 inches wide like the attached flyer to take up less rack space.

I've attached some collateral that has been used in the past. We have had some success using other agents as references on the back of this flyer as well.
