Hi. We’re WATT REALTY a Brisbane based Real Estate Agency that creates experiences that redefine expectations, adds serious value and makes real estate feel less realestatey. We sell residential real estate. Our clients are your everyday suburban folk. They drive a RAV4 and like a nice lawn. They’re doing OK, not rolling in it, but not struggling either. They’re proud of their address (or potential address). They’re not looking for someone to stroke their ego. They just want someone that is normal and on their side. They have a great BS detector. People that are disingenuous & the usual real estate garb set it off. They’re optimistic, appreciative and easy going. They’re approachable. They don’t take cover at the sight of a real estate agent. They’re open to suggestions and broad minded. They’re young and established families, with a couple of kids and maybe a dog.
What's your vision?
What we’d love A real estate ‘agent profile’ letterbox direct mail template. A letterbox piece that can be distributed locally to introduce new real estate agents to the market as well as tell new stories about existing agents. What’s it role • Set the stage for who our agents are, what they do, why they do it and why use them. • Throw down the gauntlet as a challenge brand! • Demonstrate our fun, non-realestatey ways through copy and design. Size • 210mm x 148mm (with minimum 2mm bleed on artwork). Artwork on both sides. File type Please supply final files in Adobe illustrator and PDF Look/feel • More fun. Less ‘realestatey’. • Light, effortless design, lots of white space Front side: • Imagery (could include photo of agent) • Space for 3-4 brief copy points (do not need to script copy – placesetter copy fine) • W logo (attached) • Agent contact details (can lift from business card design attached – name, email, phone and mobile – not address).
