Business & Consulting
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I have reimagined human resources for small businesses in (Humboldt County, CA) that are owned by people 40 yrs. old and younger and have 10-30 employees. My service is designed with millennials in mind and includes training, developing, employee life coaching, compliance and accountability while using heart, smarts and technology. I am an outsourced service so my overhead is low and so is my price. Small businesses usually can't afford a human resource person, but with my services they can.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
1. I have attached 2 files. 1 with content for the post card 2. my logo.
2. An oversized postcard. One side of the postcard is a self-test with a answer scale and results at the end to help them determine their answers. Make this look inviting so that people know what it is and will be curious to take the test.
The other side has 4 steps of content about human resource info.
Make this side attractive so the customer will want to hang it on the wall in their office because the info is so good, they want to keep it. This side also has a lot of content so - make sure to tell me if there is too much content so I can adjust it if need be.
I want the postcard to scream to the small business owners who are 40 yrs. old and younger that I have REIMAGINED human resources to fit the new generation and evolving world of business. Not sure on the color of the postcard - colors that show professionalism - but that will also draw attention.
I want my logo and icons for Facebook, twitter and Linked in on the bottom of either side of the postcard.
My customers are not in the tech industry but are in to innovative industries like cannabis, solar energy, breweries, creative services for the evolving world, etc. I am on a budget so stock photos in the $10 range would be best.
