Business & Consulting
viaCycle installs and operate bike-sharing programs for universities, businesses, resorts etc. Our corporate website: www.viacycle.com A bike-sharing program we operate: https://gt.viacycle.com Mission and brand: viaCycle's goal is to make it easier for people to get around their campus or neighborhood. Our bikes can be found and rented instantly using only a cell phone, making bike sharing a simple process. We want to give people access to smart, sustainable transportation wherever they are. Target audience: viaCycle is targeting anyone who has a need for short-range transportation. Our primary demographic is progressive and active, but not necessary predisposed to bike use - over 60% of Americans say they would ride a bike more often if they had better access to one. We want to emphasize the benefits of biking and bike sharing (simple, low overhead, healthy, sustainable, etc) and the benefits of our technology (easy, quick, intelligent, social, integrated with your phone and existing routine). These are not a list of buzzwords that should be included in every design, but are a few sample concepts that would be valuable to convey. Since it may be difficult to properly target students vs. employees vs. tourists in the same design, it's ok to choose one of those audiences if you feel it will make the overall result better.
What's your vision?
We want a flyer to give to our customers (universities, businesses) as part of marketing materials that they can hand out to users of our system (students, employees) You can see one of our current bike-sharing program websites at https://gt.viacycle.com. Design the flyer for this client (Georgia Tech), with provisions so that we could change the specifics (website address etc.) for other clients in the future. Content from the 'How It Works' page, especially the ways to use (text, voice, app) would be useful to include, as well as the website address. Size: 5" x 7" or 5.5" x 8.5", whichever works better
There are two company logos (attached), the square format is the preferred one, but if a wide logo is required, the long format is fine. The point of the flyer is to get the person who reads it to go to the website and sign up. It's free to sign up, so maybe that is something to emphasize. Something that stands out (bold colors, less text) and registers on their mind. Feel free to send us messages with specific questions, or email me directly at email@example.com
