A series of 3 posters to support our quarterly theme of "Quality for our Clients"
The challenge is that as a law firm it's often difficult to lose the client in the work - focus on the rules, the obstacles, the day to day legalese. On top of that each office has a tendency to have negative rivalries, when in reality we need to collaborate across offices more than ever.
We are looking for a 3 poster series to convey that the client comes first, doing quality work for our client is a common goal for all employees 3 themes
Quality of work - getting it right the first time
Quality has a time component - our work has timelines to complete, can't spend forever on one thing - we have to do all the work, all on time
Quality has a cost component - we can't spend more than the client pays us on the work
These are broad themes that we are trying to convey in poster form to all of our offices supplemented by other presentations/messaging in effort to create a consistent theme/message across the entire organization.
the target audience is primarily legal assistants & paralegals. This is heavily process driven work so while we are a law firm - a process/production message will resonate.
