Khiliad is a management consulting company. Our primary focus is agile transformation and adoption, especially in large organizations. We are pushing organizations to adopt agile across all areas, fighting cargo cults and water-agile-fall (or whatever you call them) mentality. We provide training, consulting, and assessment services for our clients.
Our audience is mainly C-level or senior management but we don't want to be seen as conservative. Quite contrary. We are promoting change, usually big and radical and we want to be seen as modern, looking towards future, improving and helping our clients to be better. We would like our content to speak future and change. For many clients, we are talking science fiction.
When it comes to style, I like flat and crisp. Thin fonts such as Calibri Light, toned down but alive colours. I like to be controversial and a bit of rebellious or shocking. What we offer to our clients is often very shocking to I don't see the reason why our brand would not be the same.
Presentations are our primary way of documenting and communicating with clients. Our slides can be richer in a text, diagrams, charts and all that "businessy" stuff but we also like to use a lot of images to break down the monotony.
