Need a flyer and logo design that will be distributed as an insert in the local newspaper and handed out to local businesses. We are focusing on the sales of equipment and custom built DVR systems/packages. Our website isn't quite finished, but be sure to check it out.

Accepted File Formats: .ai, .pdf, .psd What We Do: We have designed, built, and/or installed DVR systems/camera packages at or for places locally like McDonalds (3 different locations), a BP gas station, a Hess gas station, a multi-million dollar home, a small home with a barn (so he could monitor his horse), an RV dealership, as well as small businesses. Website: Be SURE to check our website even if just a quick glance. We are doing some advertising locally, but are also getting ready to launch an online marketing campaign as well. The About Us section has some more details of who and what we are, as well as why we are more than qualified to design these systems, and that is the message we want to get out there, some how. http://www.ccdsecurity.com/ Colors: We would definately like to follow the general theme of our website, but are open to new thoughts and ideas as well. Logo: The logo we are currently using can be found in .psd format as well as the font used here - http://www.ccdsecurity.com/logo/ Target Market: This is a flyer going into a newspaper, so it needs to GRAB them. Our target audience with this flyer is someone already interested in, or considering a security or DVR system. We are trying to get the message of learning about the equipment before buying out there, and our website is where we hope they will do that. Side Note: May want to check the other print design contest to see some of the feedback given on different designs. That company (Cartridge Outlet) is owned by one of the partners also involved in this company. I am however one of the partners on this one, was just helping out on the other. Point is, we are looking for something a little different for this company, but it is some of the same decision makers as that one. Format: The flyer is going to be an 8.5" x 11" single sided, full color, stand alone sheet. Flyer General: The two things we want to try and bring focus to are the free estimates and that they can learn, shop, and buy from our website. We have around a dozen articles, about 5-6 more about to go up, a glossary with 160+ terms, FAQ's, and other information. The equipment and systems we are selling are a step or two above "basic" they are not absolute top of the line, but far from bargin basement stuff. We believe that if people realize we are selling at around the same price as the bargin cheap stuff you see in places like Sams Club (large retail store), yet we are using much higher quality stuff that produce much better results, the decision of who to buy from should be easy. Our most important goal with this flyer is to get qualified and interested buyers to visit our website, call us, or stop into our store. So feel free to get a little creative in trying to make that happen. The last section of text in the content area is all optional, can use all, some, or none of it. Also if some phrase jumps out from one of the websites, or if you just come up with something to add, we are open to sugestions. There really needs to be some sort of explination on the fact that we have articles, glossary, faq, and other information on the website so they can learn and educate themselves.
