a minimalistic product packaging with a neutral theme but still sending a strong message. We want to send and "environmentally friendly " message . we are thinking rather "less is more". the packaging needs to be uniform so that it works for all our products, but sizes and shapes can vary. the main shape, however, is a square box. Since we have many different products that need a level of description we need to allow for a space to place a a sticker with text. in regards to colours, we would prefer a natural/raw carton/box but we are open for other suggestions. we would also like to have references to our website/ social media etc..
What to avoid
logo colors only please
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their product packaging.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
marcusXl collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Stan is an amazing designer, very talented and creative, makes fast changes when needed. The only issues I had with him were always arguing about money and edits. Prices for variations and edits would change or come up unexpectedly and over the course of working with him on 4 different designs, I think his prices went up 2 or 3 times. There are so many talented designers, and he is definitely one of them, but ultimately to me, it was not worth the headache.
I do have a feeling we might work together again one that tho when my budgets are much bigger, I would hire him again! He likes to compare himself to USA design companies, which was also frustrating and insulting, given he could work for or with any of those companies, as he is talented.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
