About us
The podcast will feature the host engaging in real talk with other Special Forces combat Veterans, celebrity Actors and Athletes. Strength through Mindfulness is about being the best version of ourselves by educating ourselves beyond our physical and emotional limitations etc etc. Enlightenment through meaningful conversations accompanied by real world experience. Motivation, resiliency, mindful practices, spiritual awakenings, combat mindset applied to a civilian world to make a positive difference. Outdoor enthusiasts, veterans, adventure seekers, International travel aficionados, conspiracy theorists, UFO hunters and on and on. We shall see.

I’d love to incorporate the 1st Recon logo with the sacred geometry examples. Maybe instead of “Swift Silent, Deadly” it can read “Strength through Mindfulness”. I imagine that Recon logo with different colors, the text changed, and with sacred geometry of some sort serving as an “incorporated” element into the Recon logo. If designing with the Recon Jack it could also work as described above.
