Help! I need a logo for my personal consulting business!!!

I am a consultant and coach focused on helping real estate professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs achieve success. Many of my clients will be corporate types, executives and business owners as well as independent practitioners.

I would like the design to be simple, modern and clean, but also strong and approachable. I will consider options that are only the text: Rob Marshall as well as others that use the initials RM as a badge with the name underneath, but I probably prefer clean simple use of just the name Rob Marshall as the logo. I prefer font that is modern and sleek but strong. I like the logo designs of Gary Vaynerchuk (https://www.garyvaynerchuk.com/) grant cardone (https://grantcardone.com/) and Keith Ferazzi (https://www.keithferrazzi.com/). I would like to see options that include all caps, and options with just the first letter capitalized. Thank you for your help and for participating. I am committed to selecting a designer and awarding this prize, but don't want to guarantee it to ensure I like the options I get, but I do fully intend to award the prize and will not waste anyone's time.
