The main competitive advantage we have is our personal service. We are more of a "service" partner than a traditional warehouse or courier service. We are a one stop shop for all types of construction materials. Our staff knows their stuff/products. We deliver to "the door" and will carry in the material as well regardless of what floor on the building. Other companies would unload at the sidewalk and move on... We are more UBER than Yellow Cab and more like Amazon.com or Shipofy for the construction industry than an old and tired traditional construction material warehouse. We deliver premium/high value service and high quality products, best of brands, to professionals.
The name Byggbudet(.se) is in Swedish and means "The Construction Courier". It will be a "master brand" that later will be having sub brands, like Byggbudet "Waste Management", or Byggbudet "Express" or similar. Our own delivery vans with the logo on it needs to be highly visible and recognizable. Our website is http://www.byggbudet.se. Our color right now is red, black, white. Our identity should be modern but "likable" and trustworthy. More Amazon/Shopify than being associated to Courier service. In our case, we are Amazon for construction industry but deliver with our own fleet and our own staff - securing all parts of the service. The companys or consumers buying from us, is saving time and energy and money since they wont need to go to 3-4 places to get their products. Our Message is that we are flexible and simplify our customers everyday life thru fast delivery of construction materials and high personal service. We welcome them to experience an easier everyday "work" life. Our Logo/ID should be a bit more like a Tech company than a traditional construction/courier industry ID. This being said, we should at the same time not feel too apart from the industry. If our competitors are more traditional, we are more like a concierge or a personal butler. Way more flexible than other companies would allow. And we would like to be the new fresh air in the industry, taking service to the next level. We are a challenger and compete with superior customer service. We are fast and easy to deal with and walk that extra mile for our customers.
