Choccies got their new t-shirt by running a design contest:
T-Shirt Design | Dad Joke Cartoon/Illustration | We Got The Chocolates
Check out Choccies's T-shirt contest…
We're looking to design a t-shirt with a visual illustration of one of the dad-jokes we have shared on our social media pages. The joke is: Q: What did the elephant say to the naked man? A: How do you breathe through that tiny thing? We would like the design to be a cartoon or illustration of an elephant looking confusedly at a naked man (probably with some censorship over his privates), with just the punchline written below "how do you breathe through that tiny thing?" We want the main design to be a large print on the back of the shirt, and then to have a smaller version of the back print, or an element from the back print, on the front-left chest of the shirt. We've attached some images of tees from brands that we like that you might find helpful just to get an idea of the sort of art we like. Our brand colours are red, navy and white, but they may not make sense to use in the design (haven't seen too many red or navy elephants in my time). We want to use the design on a white t-shirt. Our brand guide fonts we often use include Barlow Semi Condensed (Bold and Regular) and Skaters. You can check out our instagram here to get a feel for our brand and see some of the other dad jokes we want to eventually have illustrations done for: https://www.instagram.com/wegotthechocolates/
Our brand name (We Got The Chocolates) either above or below the illustration in a fairly small font on both the front and back of the tee would be nice. I've attached some files of our logos if you feel that they would fit nicely anywhere but I wouldn't expect you to need them.
