NathanJacobs got their new web page design (coded) by running a design contest:
$300 - ApplyMore.com Coded Template
Check out NathanJacobs's Web Page Design (Coded) contest…
This contest is for a coded template for ApplyMore.com - An innovative website that predicts based upon submitted credit scores and information which credit cards you will likely be approved for if you apply.
What's your vision?
Desired Color Scheme: I'll let you choose the colors. Desired Style: I need the site to seem inviting, and easy to use when first seen. They should know what the site does for them at a glance as well. Accepted File Formats: .html, .psd, .png Website: ApplyMore.com I will need a main page that will tell a potential member what the site will do for them, and entice them to sign up for our free service. They should know that we guarantee that no matter how bad their credit is we can find credit cards and store cards that WILL approve them for credit. What the site will do. The site is a place that will help people find credit cards and store credit cards that will likely approve them with their credit scores and credit situation. This will be a free service. Calls to action: I want a person who comes to the site to feel as if they can become part of a large community of people who are constantly benefitting from our experience in finding credit cards, and store cards that they can likely obtain no matter what their credit history is. If they have bad credit, we can get them credit cards. if they have good credit, we can get them better credit cards. I don't currently have a professional logo, just throw space in there for a logo, or make one up and put it in. The logo should say Apply More. Company slogan is: Get More Credit Cards With Less Denials The menu items I will need are: Home, My Account, My Credit Card Offers, My Credit Information There will need to be an image somewhere on the page that entices them to sign up now. There needs to be a login form (email/password and submit button) on the page that can be hidden when the person is logged in. So just put it in a place to where if it is taken out it won't ruin the look of the page. I'm not particular to any certain color scheme so do what you want as far as that goes, but I want the colors to be inviting, and not distracting. I like the way this site is done (http://www.womenleaderscoop.com) Notice how the colors are more catered to women cause it is a women's site - also see the rollovers, kinda gives the site a nice look. I will need around 500 pixels for content on each page (click around that womenleaderscoop page to see what I mean) Bottom of the site should contain sublinks like the womenleaderscoop site does. Sublinks are: What We Do For You, About Us, Contact Us I hope this is enough info to go on. Can't wait to see the entries.
