I need a logo and website for a new casino affiliate marketing program similar to www.casinocoins.com or www.casinoblasters.com.

Tagline: Online Gambling Promotion Desired Color Scheme: Open to anything Desired Style: Web 2.0 style like www.ruby-lang.org, www.realpoker24.com, www.basecamphq.com Accepted File Formats: Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) This static site will include the following sections: - Home page - promotional information - Program information - Commission information - Partner list with logos for partners (I will provide logos) - FAQ's - Terms/conditions - Contact information - Signup page (form with place to enter personal information, no need for back-end coding, I just want a mockup form with various fields similar to http://adv.casinoblasters.com/signup.php)The URL and site name is to be at onlinegamblingpromotion.com. I desire the coding for this site to be XHTML/CSS based layout - no tables. The reward for the logo + coded website is $500.Â However, if submitted and awarded separately, I will award $100 for a logo, $200 for just a site layout (not coded) if you would prefer to not do the coding. Â
