The scope of this project is two fold, 5 pages total:
1.We need pages for the company website(3 pages). This will include
pages for sales and marketing(home page and two interior pages).
2. Pages that will function as our application administration site(2
pages). This would include the icons used within the site for the
-As we refer to sales and marketing, the objective is to take site
visitors and convert them to paying clientele via credit card.
-The two sites will function on different platforms but we need the
design to be similar and familiar. We do not want our customers
getting confused when they are moving between the two platforms.
---SALES AND MARKETING CENTER HOMEPAGE (1 PAGE)---
The use of the center of the page should be focused on sales and
marketing imagery. We envision a carousel with images that link to
landing pages with information and a call to action. We will be
awarding the winning designer additional projects to help us create
the marketing imagery long term. We would like to see some examples
of your suggestions for the carousel images to help us evaluate the
correct designer for long term engagement.(Design above the fold!)
Below the carousel, images that represent the vertical markets that we
service “Energy, Healthcare, Construction, Manufacturing, Safety”
as examples. We envision marketing messages for up to five verticals
at any given time. These will link to similar landing pages as the
carousel and in some cases the same landing pages.
It is important that the carousel and five images be seen when the
client lands on the site. We don’t want the person visiting the
site to have to scroll down to see all of this content
above the fold!)
Please keep in mind the concept of always offering a site visitor the
option of a free trial.
---SALES AND MARKETING INSIDE PAGES (2 PAGES)---
1. Landing page with information on left and data gathering on right
Use the same header and footer as the sales and marketing pages.
The interior (center) of the site will be focused on enabling clients
to easily manage their company information, trainees, content, view
reports, and set billing parameters. It essentially becomes the
management portal for the companies to administer their instance of
the software that we provide for training.
There will also be a wizard that enables creation of their account
through a series of steps where company information is gathered that
is needed for setup and billing (or free trial).

Please use creative icons to represent the application administration
functions listed below. We envision that when the image with text is
clicked on that it focuses on the administration options for that
-CENTER AND RIGHT NAVIGATION
The content in this location will be driven by the selection made
using the left navigation. It will mainly consist of editable fields
or lists that can modified by the end user(s) and saved. When a list
is used a search or sort function should be provided as part of the
inside page. There is no need to continue the idea of “marketing”
to the person as it is assumed they are already a customer
----SIGN UP WIZARD(1 PAGE)---
This is a module of the application site that enables site visitors to
go through a process of account creation to include providing the
necessary information gathering to enroll them in the service. We
envision a four to five step process with a status bar at the top
showing them how far they are from completing the process.
