ComXo are a leading provider of 21st Century Switchboard services to professional service firms, many of them based in the City of London (i.e. law firms, banks, investment firms, architects etc.). With over 25 years’ experience in the professional service sector Windsor based ComXo provide 24 hour, multi lingual, globally available Switchboard Services of the highest quality, that protect an organisations brand and support and enable its people. ComXo 21st Century Switchboard delivers an outsourced team of trained operators, always available, 5*+ telephonists as a gateway into a complex organisation with a distributed workforce. It ensures that existing and potential customers are seamlessly guided to someone in the organisation who can help and therefore not frustrated by voicemail, IVR systems or off-shored call centres. ComXo is a privately owned company with a turnover of £3M per annum and 65 permanent employees. All of its clients are UK based. We are holding various social activities in and outside of the workplace throughout the year to great success. This is also reflected in the new ComXo logo which depicts a happy person in the ‘X’. We are a provider of the highest quality service. The website needs to depict sophistication, matching that of six star hotels, high end brand and first class airlines. Create a familiarity for high paid executives when they visit. Our corporate colour is silver and please make use of our X icon (see attached) Visuals are based around telephony and personal service, implying technology. Imagery should depict: - Service of the highest quality - City of London - Windsor - People - Technology (secondary) The design of the new website will be the template for all other corporate material. Please treat it as a blank canvas and come up with a new look and feel for ComXo. What to avoid
No orange, no bright colours Please note that we have a company policy of not showing one of our own staff in the pictures, in case they leave the business or any complications. However it would be possible to take pictures of staff and use them, as long as they are not directly identifiable (i.e. just show parts, a smile, a hand, an ear...) We have no existing imagery and will have to generate or buy images (subject to budget)
