New design for existing website

I'm a programmer doing different websites for the danish market. My focus is primarily on the technical parts, why I need some help doing the graphics. I realy like simple sites like google and youtube.

My site is targeted danish consumers. The site contains products and reviews of different content.

I would like something with white background. As seen on the link, I would like to preserve the two column design with "info" boxes in the right and content in the left. The page should contain the logo already present on the site. Otherwise feel free to play with it. I'm realy hoping for some innovative proposals.

I have a site where users can register and create content like products, movies etc. in different categories. Users can rate and review content.

I would like a new design on the page specified below. The page looks a little different when a user is logged in. The design proposals should contain the elements from the attached screenshot as well. It's important that all the stuff from the container with blue background ("Overskrift", "Smiley" etc.) is bundled together in a similar table structure in your proposal. Don't worry about the "Admin tools" box. I don't need it on your proposal.

So this job is simply coming up with a new design for the specified url.
