What to avoid
The initial page is absolutely critical for our site and will be the focus of the initial round of our contest. A large emphasis will be placed on the "dashboard" section of this page and custom icons for the various elements in this section will need to be developed.
The "Page Elements" file is a rough approximation of where things need to go on the page and the scale allotted to each element. The dashboard makes up the left hand side of the screen, and the major "buttons" make up the right half. This is a wireframe only - do not consider any of the existing design elements from this file. Only placement and dimension are to be referenced.
The "Dashboard Elements" file describes the elements that need to be included in that section of the page. A common icon / widget look and feel needs to unify all of these into a compelling overall design.
The "CRoPs" file shows screen grabs of the current application and can be referenced for design cues. You are free to deviate from the design of these pages so long as your design is complimentary to them.
