Help. Can you make this better?

This is for the redesign for the pages on our website that feature individual houses. We have a total of 16 pages, and I'm looking for a template that will be used on all 16 pages. The sample page is http://www.tumbleweedhouses.com/houses/fencl/

The following elements MUST remain the same as the existing page:
The text area background is white.
The text area background is 920 pixels wide.
The sidebar must remain 300 pixels wide.
The ads must be in the sidebar only.

Other requirements:
At the top left should be a picture(s) of the house.
The picture must be 4x3.
There needs to be scrolling thumbnails at the bottom.
Information about the price, size, etc should be in the text area (below the main pic).
Info on page must be included.
A button to download sample plans should be included.
A button to watch the video should be included (but also be able to be removed).

Colors on website:
Orange: E55C0E
Red: B60000
Green: 318962

Other Notes:
Since this design will be used as a template, that should be taken into consideration. Some houses have more pictures and info than others. Some houses have a video, others don't.

"Comments" should be ignored for your page. We will no longer be posting comments on the page.

This is largely about organizing information. Text areas can be grouped together and even put on backgrounds of different colors.
