High-converting website redesign for real estate financial modeling courses/membership platform

We teach real estate financial modeling and analysis to aspiring real estate investment professionals looking to break into the real estate private equity, brokerage, or lending business. My main products are stand-alone courses sold on my website (and hosted through Udemy.com), and a subscription-based membership platform that includes all 19 courses, real estate financial models, and one-on-one email career coaching.

Clean, crisp, and clear. I want my brand colors from my logo to be aligned throughout the site, and I want the site to focus on directing people to the right individual course or the full Academy program based on what they're looking for.

Homepage: Very similar messaging to my current home page, but cleaner and with similar design features as the two websites I've added here (especially Maven Analytics). About Page: Clean, clear description about me and the Break Into CRE company. Not many bells and whistles on this page. Courses Page: Very similar to what I currently have on my courses page, but again consistent with the new design of the homepage. There should be no option to go to any other pages, as this is a dedicated sales page and needs to direct customers to enroll or close the tab.

I think the general framework of my site is working well, but the design itself feels outdated. I saw the Maven Analytics website and thought a Break Into CRE-branded design with similar features could be an excellent upgrade. The site examples are just meant to give a general guideline, but feel free to add your own style to communicate the message of my brand. I'm looking for something cleaner and more crisp and modern than my current website, and that demonstrates clear professionalism and an easy-to-understand, easy-to-navigate platform for someone looking to learn real estate financial modeling and break into private equity real estate. This is a career training platform that I want people to know they can trust, has correct information, has efficient training material, and will take them by the hand through the learning process in a professional way. I have also attached a screenshot of the homepage of my membership site when someone logs in for your reference. Looking for mobile design as well that is clean and responsive.
