What's your vision?
Desired Style: Clean Accepted File Formats: Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Vector Formats (.eps, .pdf or .ai); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) We're needing a new site design that reflects our philosophy of green building. That doesn't necessarily mean we want a green color scheme - the "green" could be an image of some leaves in the corner of every page. Company Info Company Name: WIT Construction Co. Slogan: Whatever It Takes Location: Western Montana Current Website: www.buildmt.com We are an Energy Star partner building custom homes in Western Montana. Being an Energy Star partner has really opened our eyes to the benefits of building green for our clients. The site design should reflect this mentality - not only in color scheme but in overall performance... meaning it shouldn't need a lot of fluff to get the point across. Our main area of focus is the custom home but also do remodels when needed to keep the business going. We have a logo already which is linked below - I can give whatever file type you require but for placeholder I figured jpg was as good as any. The logo is 2 part so does give more flexibility in how it is used - the box and W or box and rest of the test. I also have an eps file of the Energy Star logo that is linked below as well. Site Requirements Navigation: Simple rollovers are ok - vertical or horizontal menus are fine. The main sections/nav elementsÂ of the website should be: Home - Portfolio -Â Services -Â About Us - Contact Us Would also be nice to have some type of sub-navigation for What's New, Articles, and Links or just spot buttons. Whatever fits in with your design. And if possible, the ability to increase navigation elements - difficult in most cases but is always nice. Main page should show mention of energy star or green ideals. It should also have a spot for partners (I would think 4 at a maximum) with small logos such as Pella, TJI or some other manufacturers which I can rotate out at a future time. The partner area might be a spot for the energy star logo. It should also prominently display images from my portfolio (Menalto Gallery Script) with a maximum of 4 images. Images that I wouldÂ say are goodÂ for use in the design would be from the following 2 galleries... http://www.buildmt.com/portfolio/v/newconstruction/mcgillivray/ http://www.buildmt.com/portfolio/v/newconstruction/nemec/final/ General Information First, I don't particularly care for rounded corners - one more thing to load. I would like to brighten the design up with more open space or at least more white space. For SEO reasons I would like text links for the navigation or a secondary text menu. Support Files http://www.buildmt.com/files/ Would like a CSS based layout but not required. All files and copyrights transfer to WIT Construction upon payment. I reserve the right to not select a design.
