Sense of Home
Sense of Home is a television program and website designed to help homeowners find their own style by connecting to their physical senses. Most designers don't consider anything other than whether a room is visually attractive. We teach the homeowner to emotionally connect to her home through incorporating what pleases not only her eyes, but also appeals to and stimulates her senses of touch, smell and sound.
Both the website and the television program exist to help the homeowner discover her style; determine a color palette for her home; be informed about trends and products and find quality furniture, home accessories and home fragrance.
We’ll eventually have an informational part of our website that interests our reader with new and exciting industry information and that reads like an online home fashion magazine. We hope to engage and connect with our audience with our constantly new content so that they want to check in every day for what's new!
For a glimpse of our television show, go to http://tiny.cc/SOHD or go to Facebook and type “senseofhome” into the search bar.
Our target audience is female and ranges from 25-55. Our T.V. program is currently being marketed to the Oprah Winfrey Network, HGTV, Fine Living Network, Style Network and other networks with largely female audiences. Our product will be mid- to upscale, so the look and feel of the website needs to match.
