Kingdom Computers: http://www.kingdomlv.com
Kingdom Computers provides comprehensive computer support services.
We provide both on-site and remote Internet support options to our clients.
We are looking to re-design our site to attract new customers to try our services. We want our home page to focus on letting our visitors know that we can support their specific computer problem, and provide them a quick and easy way to get support right from the home page.
Target Audience:
Small office and home users that are seeking computer support.
OBJECTIVE:
Home page design needs to be very easy to use and only present a few options to the visitor..
The visitor's attention should be focused on our strong Benefit statement / header, and then be drawn to our support options..
Within the support options there will be links for additional information if they need it.
I have envisioned the home page with 3 sections. (Example: http://www.support.com/services/one-time-fixes ) I leave it up to you the designer though to decide if a layout with less than 3 sections would provide better usability. I would like to see layouts with both 2 and 3 sections.
The 3 sections should not look cluttered, they should be very easy to use and functional.
The home page should have a web 2.0 feel with a good use of whitespace. The overall objective is to
present a clean and efficient layout that allows visitors to immediately know they can get the support they need, and to know exactly what to do next to get that support.
Home page should not look templated, but original with a great flow to point visitors in right direction to solve their particular issue.
