Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
-Our company is an advisory and implementation business for the financial services industry (specifically asset management, asset owners and asset servicing sectors)
-Our core services are Diagnostics, Solutions and Implementation all centered around the operating model of organisations. We aim to assess the performance and risk of their operating models, design tailored solutions to improve operating models and provide the operational muscle to implement the improvements
-Our target audience within our target Clients are at the C-Suite level and heads of operations and change functions

What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
-Classic sophistication with futuristic / forward thinking feel to it
-Demonstrate we are professional organisation in a mature industry, have technical industry experience as our foundational core but then taking it to a new level in terms of our solutions and services
-We are about solutions, execution, results
-We like combination of real/futuristic pictures plus infographic style pictures and vectors
-Blue is a key colour along with orange. like strong rich colour schemes that stand out and contrast well. Whilst we like blue, we are very open to colour combinations
-We like the delta symbol (triangle) on our logo to signify change but don't want triangles all over the website. Maybe keep it limited to the logo and replacing the A in change of 'making change happen. We have included a logo in the attachments but would keen to see what other ideas people come up with
-Our slogan is 'making change happen'
-For vectors we like the following symbols (but are not tied to them) - diagnostics (pulse, stethoscope, heartbeat, laptop type combination) solutions (brain, lightbulb) implementation (cog wheel, results chart/graph)
-We would like a captivating picture on the homepage (see websites we have included in the brief)
-Whilst not necessarily the photo for the homepage, we've included some ideas of photos we like and also infographic style pictures we like (although not necessarily related to our product / services - to give you an idea of the design)

-At the bottom of the page we would like to include a Case Study section where we can include details of recent assignment. There would be a brief description of the assignment and when you click / hover over it it expands to show more details such as problem statement, solutions, outcomes
-Include some reference quotes from our Clients
-Picture of key individuals within the organisation and include some of their bios details
-Infographic style pictures for our skillsets/behaviours/experience - when you click on these pictures it expands to more details
-We like showing skills and experience in the following manner

What to avoid
We don't want pictures of lots of people with faces that mean nothing to the company. We are ok if you use bodies / silhouettes but don't want detailed bodies/faces to be main components of the pictures
No map on the contact page
-We have attached a copy of the logo we are currently using but open to suggestions, design ideas, colours
-We have attached an infographic we put together to demonstrate the skills/behaviour/experience of our people. It is not necessarily a design we want to replicate but more for an idea of the information we would be including on the people page
-Also included some design style of pictures and infographics.
