How Jx_demore started their web page design journey
Who are you known as?
FlashNPlex , NPlexPasser
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Flash Card Website for Naturopathic Doctoral students in North America. We will launch with flash-cards only, and intend to publish multiple choice in both online and printed version. As such, we want to create a cohesive brand that is suitable for online, print and in mobile apps.
Log-in using username: testuser pass: testuser to see the back end and an example of a flashCard question. This is the primary design task, designing a better way to present the 'test' questions on flashCards and by multiple choice.
-= Target Market =-
Educated women between the ages of 22 and 30 whose interests include: - Medicine, Botanicals, Healthy Eating, Nature (Trees, Fruits & Veg)
-= Design =-
Need sketches for the following:
- Front-End / Landing Webpage
- Flash Card Delivery System (How Users will interact with our DB of Cards)- Back-End / Paid user Page (Product Selection)
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
Nature, Botanicals, Trees, Plants, Natural Wood
We need an especially intuitive and user friendly design for the flash card delivery system that is sleek and easy to use, both for answering the questions and for selecting categories, etc.
-Design1- Flash Card Delivery System
Layout that allows the delivery of the flash card information from our database following active paid user registration. Entries from database include:
- Show answer interaction 'button' / prompt
- Question Rating/Comment
- Previous / Next Question navigation
We need a way to display the content that makes it fun and easy to study for your coming exams.
-Design 2- Home Screen
Welcome landing screen that explains what products we offer, their price and gives an example of the flash card delivery system (Design 1)
What to avoid
No pink/girly themes. These are young professionals.
Think of building a software that you would have loved to have used to study, either with test multiple choice cards, or flashCards that delivers top level content. From there, brand/colour it to the target market.
