Luke is a great guy and put together some great designs for us. He pays close attention to detail and works closely with the client to ensure all of the project goals are reached. We would definitely work with him again!
Many thanks for everything!
How dr.brewster started their web page design journey
Who are you known as?
Triad Interactive Media
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We create game-based learning for education. The target audience for the current project is college students who are enrolled to be K-8 teachers. A secondary audience is teachers who already teach. You can see our Web site at http://www.triadinteractivemedia.com (it's a bit outdated, but you can get a feel for the types of things we create there).
The site we are update is for PlatinuMath. The portal for teachers that houses all the games for the system. The location of the Web site to be re-designed is http://www.platinumath.com/teacher-gateway/ -> login provided further down in these materials.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What do you have in mind for the style and theme of the web page?
We would like the Web site to have a visual identity that fits closer to the games that reside inside the Web site. Style terms: fun, sleek, modern. We don't want it to look too WordPressy (even though it will be a WP site).
Please play a few of these games because that is the only way you can see how the style of the games look. (Play more than one game; they all are slightly different & will give you some global ideas for the design style we are looking for.)
1) Home page w/ login iframe pop-up
2) Welcome page
3) Three different styles of internal pages
-one that showcases games (on current site this is the Play page)
-one that showcases other media (videos, etc.) (on current site this is Learn)
-one that would feature linked content and text (on current site this is the other content pages of Apply, Teach, & Talk)
What to avoid
the Game page needs to stand out from the others and really draw the user in.
We have a PDF of wireframes attached. To log into the current Web page use:
