New site - create my look and feel

Simple Text Logo, homepage, and content page - in PSD format. Should be quick work for a good web graphics designer. I have a site in mind that you can model your work after and reference for ideas. Needs to look "Web 2.0"

I've coordinated the creation of a bunch of websites, mostly for local government, small businesses, etc. I still haven't come around to creating a web presence for my own company. I'd like to have something on the web that represents who I am as a web solutions company. I need a place for contact info, portfolio, case studies, etc.

1. I would like a text based logo (no icons, just text). Latitude Online should be on one line, not stacked. Don't spend too much time on the logo - should be simple
2. I need a homepage in web 2.0 style
3. I need a general content page based on the homepage template
