ntella got their new web page design by running a design contest:
New site design
Check out ntella's Web page design contest…
I need a 'new/sharp/web 2.0' looking design to this site. The name of the site will be Skymid.com. This is a redesign and the example that I am giving you should be used for reference only. I made some comments that you will find on the example provided.
What's your vision?
Tagline: Don't know Desired Color Scheme: Please see examples. I'm open for suggestion. Desired Style: new/sharp/web 2.0 Accepted File Formats: Standard Web Formats (.jpg, .gif or .png); Layered Formats (.psd or .tiff) About the site: It's pretty much a site where you can go to watch videos that its users have submitted. The videos are filed under 3 main categories, which you can see in the example image below. Each video is no more than 60 seconds. It's something like a youtube type site, except that the videos are of the users themselves and not just random. ---------------------- What I need: I need 2 templates designed. I just need a simple logo for now, and this is included in the price. 1. The home page, like in the example. Example -> http://thewebmechanics.com/projects/60only/docs/new_design/new_layout_example_homepage.gif 2. A members area page. Example -> http://thewebmechanics.com/projects/60only/docs/new_design/new_layout_example_memarea.gif ---------------------- Deliverables: Please provide the layered PhotoShop PSD source file. PhotoShop only because I will be slicing up your design myself. ---------------------- Thank you very much for participating! I look forward to seeing what everyone can do for this site.Â
