This is high-end professional services so we need a website that reflects this to our clients. A clean Web 2.0-style website would work here
We have included the wireframes of our website for reference. They are not pixel perfect so if you think you can create better ones then please do. We have also included some drop down samples, with the first page acting as inventory of web pages and the second page provides some look and feel options.
After the website has been designed we will be running an additional design contest for a series of icons.
What is Information Performance?
Information performance includes content and processes.
For content we help companies find, organize and understand their content. Examples of this would include document management, records management, information architecture and user experience design.
For information processes we would help companies share, collaborate and automate their business processes. Examples of this are business workflows, industry compliance, eDiscovery and document life cycle management.
We are targeting the C-Suite (CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, COOs, etc.) in companies with yearly sales between 200 million to 1 billion. Typical companies would include professional services, banks, insurance firms, municipal governments and mining, oil and gas. Professional services firms would include engineers, project management and accountancy but not law firms. Basically, any company or organization that is process orientated.
One group that is not in our target audience is IT professionals, including CIOs. While our services optimize a company’s business processes and information technology approach, IT professionals are not our target audience and that includes CIOs.
