THEGYMBOX uses innovative technology to bring you gym-style fitness classes directly to your television or computer. With 30 new hours of classes each week, the days of repeating the same old workout DVD again and again are history. You can log into your account and view the classes on your computer monitor from anywhere in the world, or you can simply plug THEGYMBOX directly into your television and play the classes whenever you want.

Menu items need to be able to be reproduced with standard CSS and layed out in a manner that items can be easily added/removed.

Home page
Interactive television - Shows each discipline and clicks to flash video sample. Ability to scroll between disciplines and also marketing messages. Design needs to be easy to replicate so I can add disciplines as necessary. I will be using this component http://www.telerik.com/demos/aspnet…ultCS.aspx to make the tv 'interactive'.
