Unique Movie Review Website

I am a serial entrepreneur.
I currently own an IT consulting company based in US and India. This is for a website that we will be developing and marketing ourselves. We have an internal development team, however no graphics designers. The selected graphics designer will most likely get more work from us in future.
Needless to say, we are looking for nothing but the best.

It is a movie (Indian movies, bollywood) related entertainment website. The design and colors should reflect that.
Target audience is mostly young people. So it should be colorful, youthful and fun.

See the attached wireframes. This is for a movie review website. We will show the average review of critics, users (from twitter) and friends (from facebook). The components will mostly remain the same. I am open to suggestions on the layout. Tips on improving usability and user experience will be appreciated.

I am looking for the following things in the design –
1. Modern, web 2.0 style and CLEAN.
2. It's an entertainment website. The colors, graphics etc.. should reflect that.
3. Target audience is mostly young people. So it should be colorful, youthful and fun.
4. I like small innovations in the design. It should not look like any other typical, standard website.
I am looking for a design of the highest quality level. Please don’t submit if you can’t deliver one the best.
I have a good idea of what I am looking for and am very responsive. Let me know if you have any questions. I will answer right away.
I will need some maintenance work such as a couple more dialogs and inner pages. Please mention the hourly rate that you will charge for this work.

Inner page is the detailed movie page that will show detailed movie information, reviews of critics, users and friends, and a few actions that you can take such as rate, comment and watch trailer.
