Darren fM got their new web page design by running a design contest:
VCM - Client Online Request Form (x3 industries)

CRM, Case Management / Project Management Software for a few industries, www.virtualcasemanagement.com.
I already have a site, but need new pages (online request forms for clients) created x3. I want to follow my similar design but am opener to new fresh looks, as well. Please feel free to login to the demo company to see the colors and design of window borders already created and try to stay around that to keep it looking the same. WEBSITE: https://service.virtualcasemanagement.com/LOGIN/demo USER: demo PASS: 123 (that is a staff user). USER: dan PASS: 123 (that is a client rep user). NOTE: We already have an online request form, but it needs a lot of help, and we would like it to encompass more of the page (larger size design... what are your takes is there an advantage to having it a 1920 vs.1366? We'd like to use more of the screen space.
Online Request Form - 3 separate pages for the different industries. Make the online request forms for each industry look the same; however, there are different fields for each industry, so please pay close attention as that needs to be changed and updated for each industry. The online request form is how our clients will order online. Notice the current one says, "Welcome _______ to our online request form" all depending on who logged in to make a request.
What to avoid
We'd like to follow the same direction of the current site; however, are open to new clean fresh ideas that are somewhat similar using same blue, etc. Also, notice the window borders they had created.. follow something similar. NOTE: To make the Online Request form look smaller, the current online form made only 1-2 sections expandable... other sections you can expand; however, you forced to expand to see them. We are not using the full width of the screen... that may eliminate this need for this functionality. It may look cleaner, if we could take this into consideration for a newer looking format. (We are open to feedback.) ALSO NOTE: Needs to be simple and easy to understand, we want the client in and out...most of them are attorneys or alike with very short time. Should be simple to get in and out and make their request.
***Please login to our Demo company to see the style. Let’s keep to those colors and maybe the style of windows and borders they created*** https://service.virtualcasemanagement.com/LOGIN/demo USER: demo PASS: 123 (that is a staff user). USER: dan PASS: 123 (that is a client rep user). ***WE ARE CREATING THREE (3) ONLINE REQUEST FORMS FOR 3 DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES (PRIVATE INVESTIGATIONS, CLAIMS INDUSTRY, COMPUTER INDUSTRY)
