WEATHER website with sms subscription - UPDATED, EXTENDED

Build the design for a website on which users can lookup the weather for where they live (will it snow on christmas, can i go to the open air bath next weekend).

Page should be suitable for everyone who wants to know about a weather forcast (normal people not meteorologists)

we want you to create a design for a weather.com alternative. Do not take weather.com as design reference as it looks like very unattractive.

We want a simple design which has one focus: enter your address to receive the weather forecast for your city.

In the end, we'd like to see 2 landing pages before we finally decide, but feel free to choose only one, we'll like/dislike your design, then you can do the other (same design, just different body if you wish):

- one with focus on the SMS subscription service (enter zip-code and time-of day when you want your sms (maybe on a day-of-week basis, you decide)), and enter your address to ensure there's no abuse, and the information is accurate. The form is important, but should be the first thing the user sees. (wettersms.com as domain)

- one with a large map of Germany with one textfield on one side of it for the ZIP code. The user will either click on the map or enter his zipcode to receive the weather information. If he is already a member, there will be clear information about temperature etc with some nice icons for rain etc.
if he's not logged in, he'll be provided with a form to fill out and a 'register' button below.(online-wetter.org as domain!)

it would be great if you could include some eye catchers like ,,will there be snow on christmas''

there needs to be a *-text (one lorem ipsum paragraph) as disclaimer below the submit-button, visible, but not too eye-catching.
If you can to HTML code it, we'll chip in another 150-200$.
