Web 2.0 Business Website Design ($500 Win)

Desired Color Scheme: Follow logo color as base color. Accepted File Formats: .PSD 1) I already have a logo, please use it as the foundation for the design of the website. You can get the logo here: http://www.WebReportr.com 2) The content for the website is also on the URL http://www.WebReportr.com. The ONLY design element that stays is the LOGO. The winner will be responsible for designing all five (5) pages of the website, but I won't need to see them all to pick a winner...we can start with just one or two of the pages. Login to the member area with username/pasword: tester/tester Its just dummy content at this point, but we will need a few tables made and the content will show you what needs to be there. 3) Navigation must be SIMPLE, STRAIGHTFORWARD and OBVIOUS. I prefer an on the top, always persistent and consistent navigation bar. I don't want any funny, unusual or strange navigation menus. 4) No smaller then normal text. 5) All major sections of reading text must be on a WHITE background. 6) The home page should have visual illustration of the concept of the website, which is to get competitive intelligence on websites. If you can come up with an idea for this that would be cool. 7) Please only submit 1 entry to start. Overall Design Direction: The website should be really simple and use standard, accepted navigation structure. Were not trying to break any rules here. I think having a very clean layout and having some small, creative icons or illustrations that emphasis the analytical nature of our service, but also add a bit of pizazz would be the ideal solution.
