I am targeting anyone needing a copy of their bankruptcy records for many different reasons.
Requirements
I would like a web 2.0 website using common govt type colors to instill trust in the consumer. Red white and blue in some combination with a govt "seal" type logo. The website should be a one page landing page with a form fill on the right hand side for the buyer to enter his required information before hitting the button to purchase his copies.
