The Corporate Assessment Center will provide services to high-end, leadership development experts worldwide. We operate in a trusted capacity, partnering with our clients over a considerable period of time. The solutions we offer are unique and important to the success of leadership development projects.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Our primary target audience is Leadership Development and Human Resource consultants - and within this audience, they can be individual self-employed professionals up to global consulting firms.
Our target audience should see us as professional, corporate, partners whom they can trust with their requirements. We should be 'mirrored' against consulting firms and be seen by these firms as 'experts' and 'trusted advisors' in our field.
The Corporate Assessment Center sells a robust, reliable, customizable competency and skill assessment software solution. The solution comprises of robust software to drive the assessment, along with a comprehensive and secure 'support service' whereby our team manages the daily work-load associated with the assessment project.
Our target audience is consultants, who themselves will use this solution with their bigger clients. The consultant will 'sell' or deliver a larger project ( most typically an employee development project of some sorts ) to their client. Part of that project involves the assessment of individuals using a variety of techniques (something the consultant often does not have the time or capability to do ) - this is where we step in.
(a) Work under the umbrella of the consultant
(b) deliver professional assessment services, both software and support
(c) make the consultant look more professional (important)
(d) give the professional the ability to deliver important parts of a solution with no up-front large costs
(e) work in strict confidence with the consultant
Our website should reflect this 'corporate' nature. We dont have many 'sub-pages' from the home page and dont have loads of 'text', so our site should be corporate and 'crisp'

The Homepage should have our logo (attached ) and the following navigation links:
a) About us
b) Partner with us
c) Experience our work
d) Contact Us
I would like to see some corporate imagery used under the navigation items,, and then below this again, text ( which I guess we will be adding ) which will give the 'introduction'
(our parent website - we dont 'love' this but in terms of overall structure, it has the logo, top navigation items, corporate imagery and then the text. The logo and navigation points are kept for all pages in the site so this makes it more 'reusable' but other then the overall structure, the rest of the site is a bit boring )
( similiar in 'structure' but much 'crisper' and visually interesting without loosing its corporate feel - I much prefer the homepage images automatically rotating but maybe that's down to the code itself ? )
( A 'typical' but good quality consulting company site' - while they have lots more 'text' then we would have, this site is a good example of 'corporate', clean and crisp )
