New website design wanted for Dechomai (dechomai.org)

We are a consulting charity that helps other charities receive (take in ) weird gifts (non-cash assets), sell them and fund their charity. We also help donors give their assets to charities and allow them to grant the proceeds from the sale of the assets to the charity of their choice. To date we have help grant nearly $75 million to charities.

Think in terms of a legal web site or accounting firm in terms of level of conservatism.

a home screen that will look better than our home-made design. Our goal is to give high net worth donors confidence to give us their assets, sell them and grant the proceeds to their charity. We must also gain the respect of charities who receive this non-cash gifts (such as paintings, land, and business shares) to consult them on how best turn these assets into cash they can use.

This is a conservative group so nothing too cute or silly should be used in typestyle or graphics.
